My dashboard readout shows at 'ignition on' the following from left to right:
a single spanner (wrench), the letters 'day', and a zero.
I have read and re-read the manual and there is no mention of this, only how to reset one's service intervals by depressing the odometer/trip button for 10 seconds. Apparently the letters CF1, CF2 and CF3 are supposed to appear.
I have tried depressing the button for over 10 sec. Nothing happens other than the display reverting to the clock and mileage.
Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

...AFAIR, the configuration has to be done with ignition on but the engine not running. (The manual does say that)

In addition, make sure the ODO/Trip is set to the total miles setting (not the trip miles) before holding the button down. (The manual probably doesn't say that).

I'll give it a go tomorrow. The ignition was on at the first position (MAR), but whether odometer reading was on trip or miles, I couldn't say.
Thank you for your input and I'll report back.
