Hi all. I have a problem with none starting. Just fitted new fuel pump to Seicento 1100 Abarth. put three gallons of petrol in the tank and it registers as half full. Switched on ignition, but no sound of pump running. Pump relay is clicking on so I am stumped as to what the problem may be. Any ideas please.?
