Hi Chris lovely Tipo 3 door in white you have there damn low too my black 5 door L42SWS still in daily use exhaust blowing all over the shop inc. manifold under the heatshield ive welded it all up last year and its blowing and cracking in new places now ! !
need bottom wishbones ns clunking over bumps and the top of the door is scabbing up bad but apart from that shes bang on reliable keep the tipos going guys

My sedicivalvole{ mk1, 5 doors, 1991} went to the happy hunting grounds because of the corrosion and other faults, but its heart after some renovation landed under the hood of tipo/tempra father, the 1987 regata

Thank you, the car performance is good, it is about 120-150 kg lighter than tipo sedici with the same engine. It has been manufactured as regata1300{ 1290ccm 69 hp lampredi sohc} in 1987, it was 890 kg with 1.3 before swap, now arround 1000 ,because of the very heavy 2.0 engine, bigger gearbox, brakes, heavier driveshafts etc. One thing I am going to improve is the gearbox, because now I have very long box from regata100S with 3.21:1 diff ratio. I do not need to drive 62 mph on second gear{6200 rpm on 2nd} and there are still too few highways in Poland to use its max 140 mph, so I acquired lancia prisma 1.6 mpi gearbox with shorter ratio of 3.59:1 to improve acceleration and reduce speed.

charlie, they had rooms above that pub and a fine selection of ales - i would have loved to have stayed and got absolutely wasted but was in that area for work in the day so sadly had to stay for just the one - it wasn't easy!
I have tons of pics of the car its really a fantastic car, after i bought it i changed all the belts, tensioner, idler, removed balancer belt, and spent a week fixing various faults (driveshaft rubbing on PAS metal pipe wearing a slot into it
bodily it has a huge dent down one side (door and wing) and a dented o/s wing too but i have replacement new oe fiat panels for it also the n/s rear qtr panel is badly rusted but it came with a new oe fiat genuine panel which is bolt on so i will get the whole body done.
i use it every day and cover huge miles in it, they are great cars.

Hi, I am back with another Tipo Sedici ...! I had a black one with red leather interior (interior purchased in Germany from a 2.0 GT < Arno is driving that car) and a red one with standard interior. More than 10 years without one .... Will pick it up mid-August. Restoration project (currently rebuilding a Peugeot 205 GTi 1.9).

I downloaded data from the Dutch Motor Registry. There are 314 Tipo's Classic in the Netherlands with a Dutch plate, of which 97 are road worthy (rest is retired or under construction). Of these 82 are 1.4's, 8 are 1.6's, 2 are 1.8's, 1 is a 2.0 and 4 are 2.0 16v. Soon it will be 5 2.0 16v's ...;-).
