Technical Roof panel flew off

The small panel on the roof of my 2009 Fiat 500 flew off on the motorway. Oops. Noone hurt and the piece itself was crushed. It was the small piece just above the windscreen shown on the photo. Has anyone had that piece replaced or know if it is available as a separate piece? My garage is drawing a blank. Looks as though it was just glued on (the yellowed spots in the photo are the original glue that held it in place). What would you even call the missing piece?? Thanks for any pointers!

You are not the first. Do search or two. Someone else had one come off recently. They appear to glue on and its clear the glue used isnt upto the job in all cases.
