General Red Twin Sunny Panda Colour Needs Saving!

Guys..
anybody on the look out for a panda?
we have a panda colour for sale in our local scrap yard (as they sell fully fine cars too)

its a very nice Panda Colour, G reg. its in really good condition, little bit of rust on the doors but as they go they are well savable. all the seats are good with no rips or fag burns! 63580 miles on the clock. need T-cuting and the paint would come up real nice (see picture) they want £395 for it.

all common rust points are solid and the engine runs fine and drives about well with no nasty noises.

anybody willing to save this lovely car? gods i wish i had the money.. i would of driven it home on temp insurance there and then.

How do cars like this end up in scrappies....so sad! Glad it's a good scrappy that tries to sell them on first though. Gives us all a chance to save it :slayer:

lol just realised its actually an M reg.. the uno was a G reg

heh i was shocked by how good the condition is.. the drain holes on the sills have got the usual flaky underseal on it but no rust. just wish i had my sisley done by now as i would of bought this as my next project car.

heh they have a Uno 45 too, though i didnt really look at it

That's the steering wheel it would have come with originally. Front sunroof looks a little tatty and the drivers door looks like it's been broken into (big gap at top).

But yeah, good potential there, well done John.

I asked them about this a couple of weeks ago but they couldnt decide if it was for sale or for breaking it is very tidy. the uno in there donated a dizzy, carb and coil to my panda fund last week too

ahh might of known it would of been you! heh well to a good home!

i was after the o-ring seal that sits on top of the carb lol.

you think the wiper motor and mech off that would fit a panda?
