Technical Rear shoe change punto

So ma shoes were badly worn and I had a leaking wheel cylinder, changed them both. put the drums back on bled it up etc. When i put the wheels back on the NS was locked up. i tried driving it back and forward a bit to release it but it wont budge..should i drive it down the road or summit? Ive had the wheel off again a couple of times and i cannot get the drum back off its proper wedged on there? any ideas its a punto 2001 mk2. Any help much appreciated. i also obviously had the adjusters off to put the new shoes on and they were free as you like. Any help much appreciated.

if u are gonna drive like that u will burn your shoes

try to slacken handbrake cables below the handbrake lever, brake drum should get off easier
