Technical rear head restraints

Anybody knows how to take out the rear head restraints? Cause the rear seat backs can not be folded completely. Thanks in advance!

Im ure you can fold the seats with out removing them just move fronts forward / flip rear seat pads up and fold down rearseat backs making sure he head rests are pushed in , if not just slowly pull them up till they come out - they may be a little push switch/catch at the base of one of the rods for each h/rest on the top of the back seat .:idea:

Spot on, move front seats forward, lift rear base, fold rear uprights down, move front seats back. If you're tall (6 ft) you do lose a little legroom driving
