Technical Radio problems

Can anyone help me. I have a 2018 registered Fiat 500. I have a 7 inch touchscreen in my Fiat, it keeps randomly turning off and on. I can no longer get DAB radio, only FM or AM. The screen will randomly turn off, the radio will go off, I also cannot control the volume using the twisty knob or the button on my steering wheel. When I turn the ignition off, the radio also stays on (if it comes on in the first place), so I went into the settings and it’s sets to 0mins so it should turn straight off when the ignition is switched off. I have never had this problem before now. I have disconnected the battery and left it then reconnected it and this didn’t fix the problem. I have also pulled the screen out, there were no lose wires, but I disconnected and reconnected them as well. So does anyone have any advice on what it could be?
