Technical Radio code needed

Hi all, my old radio cd player packed in. I bought a replacement off ebay but need a code. The serial number on the unit is BP followed by 10 numbers as per attached pic.
When i put in this code on this site for £5 it says code invalid format..help

Hi Neil, that isn't the serial number it's the part number.

The serial is 14 characters long and should be on another sticker, or stamped into the metal.
