Hi. I have a 6m adria Fiat Ducato van. The battery completely discharged and when we charged it up it’s asking for a 4 digit code for the radio. We are in Italy and don’t have our manuals with us. How do I get a new code in these circumstances?

Post all the numbers from the back of the radio. I may be able to get the code for you.

Hello, I am a newbie and not sure if I should post my question here as I see several post requesting radio codes. I know some forums will have people just reply to a particular thread, rather than have hundreds of different threads asking the same questions.

So, here goes. I have a 2013 Fiat 500 with 54k original miles. It didn't come with SiriuxXM, but in searching online, I found that I could replace the radio with one that has SiriusXM, but will have to use a seperate antenna.

I just purchased a radio from eBay and did ask the vendor for the code, which they don't have being it is a salvage/parts place, but I did get the original VI for the car this was from.

I talked to our Chrysler/Fiat dealer and gave them the information, but all the numbers wouldn't bring anything up. I even sent him images of the sticker on the radio.

So I guess I will need the code. The information I have are both vehicle VIN's and then the numbers on the sticker from both radios. I hope I didn't make any errors.

Sorry...... I don't have codes for any of the Mexican manufactured radios.
.

I went to my local Fiat dealer and gave them all the codes from the radio, even let them see the actual labels on the radio and they were not able to get a code being there are 2 numbers missing after the T they are xx so it wouldn't let them get a code.

I have installed the new radio in my vehicle and it works just fine. It was alsready activated with SiriusXM. even though the car was salvaged in July. I guess the owner never deactivated it from their account, but I did have it activated on my account.

Didn't even have to pair it agian to my cellphone. But now the odometer is flashing and I don't know if I do disconnect the battery for 10 minutes and then reconnect it, it it will prompt me to enter a code on the radio. If that is the case, it will be unusable for me.

I was able to get a shop to connect my car to the computer and they came up with this information on my radio
ECU Type: Siemens Radio
ISO Code F807858AE3
Part Number 1RZ27JXWAI
Protocol ID: 0x1306
Protocol: CAN_KWP2000 - (ISO 11898-1)
