Technical Push Button Boot Retrofit

The rear badge on my 1.2 MyLife is faded and I want to change it to a new one. My Punto doesn’t have the push button function, just the fob/interior release.

I can’t seem to find a new OEM badge that isn’t the push button variant. Is there a way I can retrofit this function? There is no extra wiring present for a plug and play and I also cannot find online where the wring would come from.

I don’t mind paying for the button version and it not doing anything, but I would like the functionality too. Thanks

Unfortunately they don’t stock the one I need. Have used them for parts via their eBay store in the past, though
