No....... the radio code can only be calculated from the serial number of the radio.

Does it look like the original FIAT radio..?

(I assume so, of the Reg. Would not matter..)

You would need a tool (key) to slide the radio out of the dash..

I suspect it is showing an error

Just says blocked enter code, was like this when i bought the car

A previuos Ford car was easily sorted online for the same problem

The FIAT system builds a delay, with each incorrect CODE entry

Ideally drive around with the radio powered on, then it should be ready when you have access to a code

SO.. You need to be able to withdraw the radio and photograph the ID information

On that link, Ben has said that it's not possible to generate a code from the serial number of the model of radio you have.

The moderators on here have helped out lots of folk with missing radio codes, but it seems some just aren't possible, sadly. Inbuilt security measures by the manufacturer I would guess.

As I understand, all you could do to unlock the stereo is try and find a service who can read the EEPROM chip. I've no idea how common this is or how much it costs, sorry.

I've read a suggestion that a FIAT dealer might be able to help if you take in your log book?
