Technical punto fogs

my puntomk2 headlights which had no foglights were all clouded up inside so i bought 2 with foglights the problem is there is no spare foglight wires at the front behind the headlights or no spare wires in the dash how can i wire them up handy

ideally it needs power from a dash operated switch to a relay under bonnet that would then power lights direct from the battery via a fused connecteor

its not straight forward to explain

management light

my engine management light came on in my 2001 punto & the car cut out found out it was fauly crankshaft sensor fitted another sensor & car driving prefect since but there is still a problem the light is now flashing got mechanic wit code reader but it has failed him to turn it off any help please

flashing engine management light is missfire, often down to dodgy leads but could also be plugs or coil
