The friction plate looks okay to me
The Pressure Plate needs a quick clean
The Diaphram fingers look a little worn, but looks vs feel win here, feel if the groove is deap or not

The other question is - whats the clutch release bearing like?

Brake and clutch cleaner the whole lot before refitting :) Less messy fingers too!

Hard to tell from this distance but the release finfers look worn and this is usuall where the trouble comes from. I reckon half the replacements are for this rather than friction plate wear. Our original clutch went at 42k and we're now at 107k with the replacement - can't remember the make. If in any doubt about the wear on the fingers I would bin it unless you like spannering:)

for what they cost id fling it,

Replaces with LUK kit,

im not afan of Valeo anymore,

my thoughts , dont fanny about while you have it in bits fit a new LUK, after years of fitting boxes and clutches to fiats, the only ones that have ever worked first time are LUK ones, and never fit one from another car they dont mate properly when partially worn, and will judder like mad
