Technical Power window disassemly

Hi,

Anybody knows how to detach the glass pane from the motor? There seems to be a rubber plug which hold the glass to the white bracket but I don't know how to safely remove it (w/o breaking the glass!)

There's a barbed part of the white moulding that protrudes through a hole in the glass - reach under with a pair of long-nose pliers, squeeze the barbs and it should pull through the glass and release.

Hi,

Not quite easy.. I've replaced the old ball screw motor with a newer one (with pulley) but it still doesn't work properly: the issue seems about the white skater mounted on the edge of the window and his guide.
