hi does anyone know the spark plug gap for my 1.2 pop am putting in ricambi ones.

does ricambi mean oem fiat? if so they are made by ngk and come pre gapped

A feeler gauge is handy if you have butter fingers and you let a spark plug fall on the ground.

Below is the recommended NGK plug (the only one that is covered under Fiat warranty).

For the 1.4 L 16V version of the Fiat 500, NGK’s DCPR7E-N-10 has been selected as Original Equipment. This 12mm spark plug has been developed specifically for the FIRE MPI engine family. It is also a nickel alloy plug with a gap setting of 1mm.

One of the reasons Fiat chose the DCPR7E-N-10 plug is because its small diameter makes for easier installation in multi-valve small displacement engines. Another reason is its good ignition quality without requiring the costs of precious metal and its robust ground electrode design.

That's why I bought the NGK's which were cheaper than the Fiat branded NGK's.

I paid £2.50 a plug on ebay whilst I paid €10 from the 'local' Fiat garage.
