You've got it wrong as usual, it's approved for use as a headlight.

No its a new related discussion, we cant have people giving the advice that any thing with an e mark is legal. so lets get that clear.
as there is bound to be some Chinese copies of these on the market soon, with an e mark!

I would go for yellow (if I ever used UFI's headlights), I have a set of yellow fog lights on my R32 because that look was 'in' in Japan at the time too.
For the other colours, expect to get pulled over and have to explain them, so carry your Phillips documentation with you.
