My 2022 Scudo has just started doing this. When you close the van, if less than 3 minutes pass, everything is normal. But after 3 minutes, something is disconnected which causes the remote closure to not work, and the time and date to go away (I suppose among many other things). You open it with the key in the lock and it starts perfectly. Absolutely everything works afterwards. Also, curiously, radio memories are not lost.
If I lock the van with the key, the alarm starts to go off and I can't switch it off.

It doesn't seem like a battery problem to me, because it starts without problems, but the truth is that it seems a bit of a weird failiure to me, and I don't know where I could start to look. Does anything occur to you?
This all started after replacing a rear bulb.

Hello,

And miraculously it started just after the warranty?

Some first thoughts: have you checked ALL the fuses? Perhaps there's a fuse on the permanent live feed? Or a relay? this one could also be IN the BCM :(

The van is quite new, so not much documentation online :(

It would be good to see what the BCM says about it. I'd try reading the errors with MES, but probably there's the security gateway installed :(

I have just ordered an owners handbook as I don't have a one. The van isn't 3 years old July 2025. I wonder if this would be something covered by the warranty
