So, any ideas on where we can have a good Panda meet in the new year please post them here. From my own personal viewpoint I think it should be somewhere that has a decent place to eat and maybe a place of interest too.

Why dont we all say we will all do one of the AutoItalai events, either Stanford Hall or Gaydon, that way all the public get to see us too!

Also when do we want it?

When enough places and dates are selected then we could even have a poll to decide... hows that?

So... no one wants to meet up? 46 views and not one response, Ill get me coat:(

I think deep down we all want to meet up, Its just sorting out a time a place, and some of us are miles away, we've got to go for 2hrs before we hit a motor way! LOL. (Lowestoft can be a sunny place if people want to meet in the summer lol.)

How about a couple of meets, one down deep South/West ish, one up North. This would give a chance for the Panda owners who are not as confident of thier cars or thier own ability to travel far to attend a meet. The mid year auto italia and mitcar events do a 'good' job of covering the midlands and the summer months.

A early season starter in late March/April could be just the thing to get some of use to get on and finish some of those Panda jobs we have been putting off rather than letting them run thro the summer and missing all the shows. I'm sure had it not been for the Fifth Gear/Ace meet my Panda would still not have been on the road:eek:

All that aside I would strongly recomend all to attend the majors shows as even when (rarely) the rest of show is a bit of a disapointment the Fiat Forum crew are always great company and well worth the time and distance traveled(y)

Hey, that would be great! Havent really had many oppertunities of south west meets tbh. and i missed the minehead meet at butlins :( Not sure where it could be done though, will have to have a think.

I have confidence in mine to get to the midlands ones aswell btw :p

Cheers

i'm willing to travel just about anywhere !
my parents have said we are welcome to meet up at their farm - they have a flat 5 acre grass field that has been used for similar activities before .we would be able to camp and have shower facilities.no local points of interest though- but the pub is a miles walk over the field footpath (y)
this would be a summer thing though.bar b q's would be allowed etc. did think i could organise a car treasure hunt ?
anyway , i will post when ive organised something /date.
gina ....

great idea for a summer meet, how about the spring one, somewhere around Gloucesteshire way maybe. Thats then covering the West and also Midlands areas... just thinking aloud. Or maybe Bath/Bristol way. Obviously we need The most amount of people to turn up.

Furthest my panda would go is probably gaydon. The car is willing but the body is not

I have no suggestions other than local ones and you don't want to come to n.wales :p
