Are you sure its not just 2001> vehicles which have to have emmissions on the logbook like in the UK

Mike has been on the NIIMC web site looking for this info so I assume that he really needs it...
Remember he's in the south of ireland so it's not like us up north with our pseudo british DVLI rules so every thing is totally different when it comes to road fund licence, national test etc.
