Technical Panda 100HP - Coolant Hoses/Pipes

Hi all

I need to replace the coolant hoses on my 100HP as one has developed a small leak. I've identified the following part numbers for the hoses required:

51764962
51764958
51779427
51764959

I've enquired with Fiat Direct, who advised only two are available (51779427 & 51764962) and both of which are quite expensive.

I've also tried Shop4Parts and the Fiat Workshop, but no joy with both.

Does anybody have any suggestions where else to try? I'd prefer original parts or OEM if possible, but will consider other options for after market parts.

I have seen some images of replacements with silicone hose so would also consider this option. Does anybody have any guidance on this option?

They don't normally fail and are still flexible at 15 plus years and hundred of thousands of miles on them

Occasionally the one splits, but the rest are normally fine

You should be able to replace just the faulty one

But if you feel the need to replace them all, second hand would be the way to go

And if you are extremely unlucky (like me) it takes DPD 2 weeks to deliver a lever for the xenon lights in your Abarth... I could have been faster on a bicycle from Augustin to my home.
But I'd put the OEM number in Google to find the part(s). But like Koalar says; replacing just the split one would be perfectly fine.

I changed out all hoses on a 100hp (on the owner's orders) about 7 years ago, and some were almost impossible to find then.
(They had been swapped with "custom" silicone ones which looked silly and kept coming loose and the owner wanted it to be returned to "completely original")
I have got all the notes from back then somewhere, but I would have to dig them up to find any more info than I found in my Google Keep scratchpad.

When I needed some hoses for my own 100hp a couple of years later, I ended up having to make one of the pipes out of 2 similar pipes and a piece of solid pipe to join them as the correct one wasn't even available from Augustin at the time. Someone must have made another batch since, as they seem to be back in stock.

£100 part if you want OEM

I think ! It's the same part as in the the 1.2 LPG but not sure which countries is was sold in, might work out cheaper from Poland, Italy even with the postage
