Technical P1684 fault code

Hi guys,. My arbarth lost all power after about 2 mins driving this morning. It wouldn’t rev past 1500rpm, I cut the engine and tried to restart and it wouldn’t start.
I waited 5 mins and started her back up.. she has so much power and responsive after my break down. I cleared the code this morning and it’s not come back yet!
She’s idling real lumpy..

I can’t seem to find a straight answer for this code..

If I recall it means battery has been disconnected and Transmission Control Module has to relearn. Check battery and its connections including earth cable to chassis. HTH
