Car is 1.2 pop 2014. Have this fault code P10627 (
Intake manifold pressure sensor (Functional test) - Signal rate
of change above threshold). The car will occasionally throw engine EML and car go into limp mode.
I have done numerous things:
Checked air filter, cleaned all breather pipes, had smoke test on air intake manifold, changed earth strap, changed map sensor, checked battery voltage. Next I'm going to remove throttle body and clean. Any other suggestions please.

So removed throttle body which was very clean. However there was a lot of oil gunk/mayo in the bottom of the intake manifold. My thiking is that this gunk coats the map sensor every few weeks therefore throwing up the error. It's my daughters car, she only drives in about 3 miles a day so guessing it's condensation is the root cause. Make sense? Thanks

Hi, that code looks wrong/incomplete 🤔

Yes the sensor getting coated in gunk is not unusual..

I have linked you to a relevant thread on here 👍
Sorry it supposed to be P010627. Car seems to drive better with all the gunk cleaned from intake manifold. 🤞
