Here she is. When first spied at an auction close to us. Toby spotted it online and knew we had to bid.
Bid we did, and we won her. She’s a her and named Barbara. After my mother’s aunt who sang in the Giardiniera’s place of birth.
Part of an estate sale, Barbara hasn’t been on the road for some years. But fear not - she’s not seized. Yesterday and for the first time since we brought her home she turned over on her refurbished starter motor!
What to fiddle with next……
