Right guys and girls, next meet to get organised will be at knockhill. We shall either be at the BTCC or the British Drifting Championships, or both?
The BTCC, which stands for British Touring Car Championship for those who don't know, on the 25th August is a great day out for car enthusiasts more than anyone else. Infact, both events are for the petrol head, which is always a good thing. The Timetable for the BTCC isn't all made up of the 3 BTCC races, they have the Ginetta cup and some other championship races. There is plenty trade stands and stands from dealerships always trying to flog cars. Last year there was an F1 simulator. Obviously, knockhill is known for notorious weather at events so be sure to pack sunscreen AND a brawly. Prices will follow once I get in talks with gemma or whoever is now in charge of the stands. So can we get numbers for who's willing to attend this one?
The BDC & Streetcar scotland shows off some of the best drifting talent in the UK at the minute. With entry speeds nearing the national speed limit in the first corner sideways, takes some balls. This event isn't as packed as the BTCC, with maybe a few hundred rather than a few thousand people attending. Again, the same about the weather is true for this event.
Its down to you guys
