General Newbie with 500 1.2 Pop

Hi There!

Thought I'd better introduce myself. Just bought a brand new pre-registered white 1.2 Pop for the princely sum of £8,900 which I thought was something of a good deal. Never bought a car sight unseen from the internet before (it was advertised on Ebay) but I'm delighted with the purchase.

For a basic 500 (it's the cheapest 500, being a 1.2 Pop in white), it ticks all the boxes for me and seems very well built little car. Certainly better than my last Fiat 500 which was a 1964 air-cooled suicide door model.

Welcome, welcome. I'm sure you'll enjoy it very much. Just make sure you have all of your paperwork, warranty stuff, etc, etc in order. There are other threads you can read on this sort of stuff, in fact, there's plenty to read on just about everything!

It was delivered on a Transit car transporter so arrived with just 10 miles on it - the handover was brilliant too, all the manuals, warranty documentation and spare key were given to me along with loads of other paperwork. To be honest, the best deal I could get locally was nowhere near as good as this one.

I actually rather like the wheel trims on the steel wheels too.
