Technical NEWBIE HELP/ADVICE NEEDED

Hi Guys.
New to Fiat [Had 3Alfa's in the past nearest I have been was sisinlaws 500 Colour therapy I looked after.
SO gone all electric [and with a VOLVO too.]

An icon in grey metallic A total success what a bargain and so nippy.

The 500e was a good deal except lack of info.

Questions if you can help. Not life threatening BUT--------------------
I know someone would know on here?

1] What app should I download and use I see more than one.
2] Any links to an online PDF manual to search please?
3] What are the two odd items in the charge flap anyone know please.
a] a sticky out round tube with a plastic pastille with an N on it lodged inside.
b] a curious multi plastic like a clip/holder on hinge side of flap?

1. On the iPhone its called FIAT in the lifestyle classification. It's a subscription thing, and I didn't think it worth it. It does offer a link to the Owner's Manual.

3a. Not a clue.
b. There's a mechanical key inside the keyfob (the one with buttons) to unlock the car if the keyfob battery has expired. It is very difficult to use because the head is tiny and you can't get leverage. The "holder" can be fitted to the key when you need to use it, which is why it is situated outside the car! Do not replace the holder with the key in it for obvious reasons - believe it or not, the Owner's Manual invites you to do so!

My car also came with a wearable fob (aka pebble) and a mechanical key which you can attach to it with a keyring, which would rather negate the "take it swimming" thing.

Sadly dealer forgot the email to register with U connect. Got that now so off we go.
