Hellooo
Im new to this forum, I got a new Fiat 500 Blackjack a couple of weeks ago, used to have a Fiat 500 pop in cha cha blue.
Love the 500's
:D
has anyone else got a blackjack or seen one on the road?

Hi, I have seen a Blackjack at my local dealers. Before buying it, did you consider that you cannot polish it? So, if you drive down lanes & are forced into a hedge to let a car pass your gonna be stuck with all those hedge scratches that are possible to polish out on a normal colour.

Just a thought...

Best with most cars not to drive into hedges tbh. I'll reverse rather than drive my car through a hedge tbh......

There's a much better reason not to drive a matt black car - David Beckham drives one.

Only joking Sarah - congratulations on your purchase and welcome to the forum. I have yet to come across a BJ yet so I'll hope to see yours soon...

seen one in the dealers when I picked up my crossover black bravo, gotta say I thought it had just been left with black primer on sorry....to me 500's should be all shine and chrome :)

I saw a blackjack in the dealers last week mmmm very marmite I think, your either love it or hate it,unfortunately I'm with the latter just didn't do it for me.
Anyways enjoy Sarah(y)

You're usually quite verbose.

You're usually quite verbose.

Definition of 'Verbose'
verbose [vɜːˈbəʊs]adj - using or containing an excess of words, so as to be pedantic or boring.

I've said thanks, though i dunno if i should have looking at the definition above ;)

I'm terrible with comments like that, i just don't spot many opportunities to post suggestive remarks where i think they'll be understood on here, so that just leaves my boring side

Sorry! I don't think you are either of those things. I think that I suffer the same problems, i.e. so much to say that you type away like mad so not to miss anything out and end up with something so epic in scale that it makes Tolstoy look like a writer of short stories, lol.

I have a lot of respect for all of the forum members that take the time to contribute information that helps others, more so for those (like yourself) that don't even own the cars in question. :slayer:

No problem! I was convinced you meant no mallice from it - sometimes the definition's for words are totally different to the context in which we've used the word for years!

I like contributing to different areas because it can just get abit boring tying yourself to one section & on here, even though each car is a Fiat, the issues people encounter & discuss can often be very different. Plus you can always guarantee some lively debate in the 500 section ;)

Am really curious about the blackjack. I'm a great fan of the old classics, and I suspect the blackjack finish is right up my street. I think its a really exciting tangent to go off at for fiat, shows lateral thinking and it suits the shape well. Even as a fiat 500 owner, it does seem to be becoming a bit ubiquitous, so the blackjack seems like an innovative step in the right direction....

Def going to check it out.....

I have still yet to see one :( my cars going back to fiat tomorrow to get its Cat 1 alarm fitted, im hoping they'll of had a new delivery of 500's one will be in that colour :p

Id be paranoid of getting it scratched or damaged because it would stand out a mile a you cant exactly use touch up paint for a matt finish coz that would look out of place.
