E789 model motorhome and my motor in the step has packed in. Where can I buy a new motor for it or a new step?

Hello,

I'd personally go for an aftermarket step, unless you know the exact model of the step installed and find it online, to avoid playing with the mount points.

Hi,
I'm assuming you have proved it's morte?. When ours stops working I spray the little switch the arms operate on with contact cleaner, that usually works for me. Can't help otherwise.

Have a dram and spend the day online. Once you get access and above freezing liberal use of WD-40.
Given the age and use, look to remove and a bit of tlc. If "kiss of life" fails source a replacement.
