Which colour did you go for? I originally went to buy a pastel coloured one, came out with the complete opposite! They've done such a good job with the metallic, so glittery! They all look extremely cute on the road!

Being a newbie I obviously missed all that! What were the general uproars about!?

I bought a red pastel shade one (Pasadoble red), I really liked the colour with the contrasting black trim. My only regret was not speccing leather seats.

That's a lovely colour! I ended up going for the darker colour because I prefer to blend into the crowd, the cars are great, they really reflect your personality in them. Wish I could pull off something so vibrant haha. I struggle with the standard seats too, only just getting used to seeing them every day, I chose the lesser of the evils IMO. If there had been a plain black leather option I may have been swayed, but the thought of leather seats in the winter actually terrifies me! The cold hands when its a bit windy are bad enough

It was just the 500 purists kicking up a stink that Fiat had altered the car, lol! Given how minor the styling tweaks were, it was a huge amount of fuss over nothing tbh.

All I can really see that's any different is a bit of added bling and a few more additional extras haha. I'd say it's just a 500 with extra chrome rather than a facelift! If I could i'd be driving around a classic, but that's just not economical for me right now unfortunately, the price of this was too good to pass up!

Yep! The way people were moaning about the changes, you would've thought Fiat had launched a completely restyled version that was based on a car from a completely different manufacturer, rather than just facelifting the existing model, lol!
