General My 1.4 Drinks Fuel Like There's No Tomorrow

Hi All

I have a 1.4ies Tipo, L reg 94, 88k.

the probblem is i am only getting about 75 miles to a tenner. the car starts and runs very well.

any and all help welcome.

check for fuel leaks(obviously)
check the air filter isn't clogged then its a cas of checking plugs,leads etc
when was the car last serviced?

If the COMPLETE service doesn't help to reduce the consumption I advice you to check the injection system and especially the lambda sensor!
