General mounting extra lights

Did a search and found the discussion on the rarity of bull bars for the panda. What I'm looking for are ideas for mounting spot lights/driving lights, without them just being bolted to the platic bumper. Ideas?

try and get a roof bar and mount them on the roof ,i have seen a panda like that and it is an interesting look to it .you could get at least 4 on it .

spot lights/driving lights/foglights. what ever you call them, its eleagle to use them unless its foggy, you might get away with it in wales though. most come with a bracket you can bolt onto the front of car below the bumper on the metal.
lots of guys have put halogen bulbs in thier pandas headlights aparently they dont come with them,
