I am thinking of tuning my car and as tuning the engine is not so easy,
I am considering doing some visual stuff. How about MOMO aluminium gear shift knob? It is Italian, goes well with Fiat Panda design, and they sell
the kinds for reverse gear securing ring. Is it easy peasy to replace the plastic one with a Momo one? How much should a garage charge for the replacement? Is it a five minute job or something more complicated? Thanks for tips.

The original is pressed on and at the top of the stick it's splined and a bitch to remove..new one will have to be pressed on after and if you can get the old one off [dont cut the stick for f*ck sake ]..H.Mallet knows all about knobs he is a past master with them..

Fiat garage should understand not only 500 owners want to personalize their cars! I want my personal MOMO Panda, thinking of getting also bright red MOMO gear shift cuff. Together with the knob it would make a difference in the cabin, something towards Pagani Zonda:slayer:

E X P E N S I V E.... (AND cold in winter!)

well, not expensive for me - it is a price of a decent dinner for two in a fancy restaurant - something you gulp down in two hours or so, while you can enjoy the knob for several years

cold for a few minutes until the heating starts to work i guess

the anonymous knob in panda does not really fit in one's hand - a round, ball like shape would make more sense
