Technical Mk2 Fog lights not working

Hey i have a question, im an owner of an mk2 punto and my neither of my front fog light work... i was sat in the car and thought lets see wwhat it looked like so i put them on and BOOM.... nothing was there... so switched everything and nothong happened...

We popped the bonnet and underneith you could see when something should of plugged into the back of the lights where the fog ones are and there were no cables... no connecters.. nothing... any ideas???

Sounds like someone's replaced either the lights for the non-foglight version; or the switchgear for a panel with both foglight buttons, but no front fogs....

I have photos of my lights on dimmed, full beam , and then fog... can i send them or post them somehow?

what model is this punto of yours?

basic mia,/sport /elx/sporting?
Year?

Its the punto mk2 1.2 sport... 115600 miles... :/ and i got it for 800 and its my first car so .. im sorry for any annoyance i may be causing

hey bullit read post 2
these cars work on canny bus its scotishk see
therefore light on dashboard might work but if no loom to lights then unless you use magic they aint gonna work

did they work when you first bought the car?
if not then maybe its got the wrong lights fitted,

the sport has foglights so the wire and connectors shouid be there,

To be honest i never really took much looking at it and its only recently that i started lookimg as i was curious and its bothering me now as i want to get everything sorted so when it comes to selling it wont be any hassle if everything works, i attached a photo of the car in daylight so maybe you could see via picture if it was wrong :/ im sorry for being annoying

your wiring should be there as you have an active sport
if you look at your headlights outer outer lamp can you see aopaque dome or a chrome dome
