Technical Mk1 headrests

Does anyone know if it is possible to fit mk1 headrests to the 750L seats?

Reason being i would love to use the car to to camping in like the seats are intended to, and the rubberised headrests would be uncomfy. Not the worlds biggest disaster of course but wondering
