She asks me if the details are correct on the renewal forms, yes I say although my ESTIMATED ANNUAL MILEAGE is recorded at 9001-10001 and that's a little out, let's put it to 11001-12001 please.

I'm GUESSING that I MAY do 12000 miles (in reality I did around 15000 last year), it says ESTIMATED miles which is a GUESS and your gonna charge me £25 for it??? What if I GUESS that I may do 35 miles next year, will I get my annual cover for 25p?
So i left it at 9001-10001 and thanked her very very much for her help. On checking with some of the lads in the office, 100% of them stated that they all just put ESTIMATED ANNUAL MILEAGE somewhere between 10000-12000 no matter what they did in reality......
It just annoyed me that's all, and rather than sack someone, I thought I would write about it here to relieve my tension......
