hi,

looks like on-and-off problem. it can be many posibility. the injector light indicates something is not right in the fuel system. can you do more than 110mph? top speed for 1.9 JTD105/110 is around 115mph.

it could be fuel filter clogging. when running high speed, it need more fuel amount. check the fuel filter.

hope it is a small problem.

As above, the first thing I would check is the fuel filter, when was the last time you bled it to remove water? Also try a quick bleed of the low and high pressure fuel lines.

If that fails option two is a fuel additive to clean the injectors.

If both the above fail we will have to look at more technical solutions.

Is the engine running well otherwise, and are there any MAF sensor issues ?. Is the air filter clean / new ?. If not any of these or any of the other things mentioned then a diagnostic is the only way to find out whats going on

Owen.
