General Lumbar adjustment

I've read that my 2004 1.4 (petrol) Fiat Idea Dynamic has lumbar adjustment on the front seats. I have found the height adjustment lever and just wondered if the lumbar adjustment is the knob which tilts the back of the seat forwards or backwards, which is found on all other cars, or is it something 'special' which I've not found?!!

lumbar is normally the bit at bottom of seat that pushes out to support your lower back?
