Hello,
The lug bolts on my car are always stuck on insanely hard, it is almost impossible to get them off when i want to change the wheels.
I always grease the bolts' threads before putting them in, and always only screw the bolts in to 110Nm with a torque wrench.
What could be the cause of the problem?

110 sounds tight. Overtightening makes it hell to get them off. You should not hgrease wheel nut threads. Two reasons. It leads to them being tighter than the torgue value you set, and greasy threads may be insecure. Keep them clean with a wire brush Search on here suggest 90Nm is enough. Check you cars hand book. These are available on line at Fiat.com and possibly on here as well of you dont have the book. Alloy and steel whels are different torque values.

Are wheels correct tipo wheels ?
Are the bolts correct tipo bolts to match steel tipo wheels?
