This is a long shot, admitted.
I have metallic tingle sound when driving.
It comes from the left middle to front of car.
It is not related to the engine revs.
Seems like it could be the front propeller shaft - when up on a lift banging it with a hammer does give a similar loose metallic sound.
Bearings and universal joints are fine, but is the propeller shaft hollow and could there be something rattling here?

It only rattles at speeds between 20-60 km/h and is also affected by bumps in the road.

I’m thinking brakes, springs, clutch but a bit at a loss.

hey there, yes it is hollow however at those speeds the prop would be spinning so fast whatever is inside would be pinned to the wall. i would look at your exhaust rear engine bracket. i had the same sound and it ended up being that. the bottom part of the bracket falls off due to the bolt rusting away. it leaves just the top part of the bracket left and the exhaust keeps hitting it. the bracket is bolted to the back of the engine block. i have used a hose clamp around the bracket and exhaust to repair mine. it is working perfect now.
i would fix it quickly as it will eventually make a hole in the exhaust.

Heatshields are a common rattle in older cars, and make a very tinny rattle.

I had a similar tinny rattle. Turns out the rear disc brake dust shields had both come loose. The aluminium rivets had corroded. To replace was a pain since I had to take the discs off. If I hadn't needed new discs I would have just left the dust shields off.
