Off Topic Local Car Show in Bournemouth

Went to this today at the BIC. Checked out the new 500L, I didn't realise it was so big until I got up next to it. Had to have a quick look at the other 500s, the new 500S in red looked great under the lights.

The highlight was the new F Type Jag, really looking good in the metal but spent most of my time chatting to the Nissan GTR Master Tech, a really interesting and knowledgeable guy. If I could have had any car there it would have been the GTR.

I can say that without dissing the Abarth as they didn't have a 595 Turismo there.

I really like the GTR, a lot. However, people I know who buy and own super cars (and in some cases have rather impressive stables) have all said similar things. They think it's a technical marvel, the ideal machine to set blistering lap times and very practical. But, they found it unchallenging and ultimately a little dull.

Oh, to be in the position the that the GTR is the most boring car in your collection....
