Technical Lights out on right side

Hi everyone!

Palio EL 2007

My right dipped headlight and right back light are out, high beam works.

Had a blown fuse (8 or 18?) and i replaced the fuse. Have replaced globes but no luck.

Is there a short or what is the most likely cause?
