Yesterday morning, on Ferry Road heading towards Leith just past the turning to the crematorium. A very very nice looking light blue 169 Panda in light blue with roof rails and alloys (I think) - might well be an Eleganza? As I was walking in the same direction I didn't see it until it was past me and the traffic was heavy so couldn't get the regie number. Looked very very smart!
