General Leaky bootlid

Hi All,

So I went for a drive in my mk2b sporting, after the biblical amounts I rain yesterday, when I noticed a trail of water down the back window. After closer inspection I realised it was on the inside! Seems to be coming from the high level brake light. Took it off but I can't see any obvious place it is coming from.

Anyone else had similar issues?

Sporting = spoiler
Check the bolts where spoiler goes through rear window

But also check the rubber around the boot

If its a flat section of rubber
Put a tiny slit in it put some washer tubebin and seal it up
