There is some sort of excessive leak in the engine bay that I cannot seem to locate. The fuel line connections are tight and bolts seem to be tight enough. It seems to be originating from the top of the engine because of pooling. Other than the leaks the engine is running properly. I also noticed fluid on the rear vents if that could be any sort of indication. Attached are pictures of the engine if anyone is able to notice anything. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance

I am sure many more qualified to make suggestions, mine would be rocker cover, push rod tube seals and maybe breather pipe at rocker cover.
The one I had many years ago was push rod tube seals, that and a new clutch were all I needed to do on purchase, it was a long time ago but I felt a fair investment of around £60 in 1978 roughly.:) I paid less for a non running 600 with suicide doors but the vendor had only mentioned the flat battery and not the engine bearings shot so sadly then went to the tip!. I know if only I had kept all my old cars.:)

@bugsymike @fiat500 Truly appreciate the advice gents. I pulled up the below, is this a reasonable / correct set. Acknowledged not all of it will be used for the issue described above. I apologize for my ignorance I’m just trying to ensure I get this right and do the car justice

You don’t need all of those just the rocker cover gasket in the top right hand corner. Be careful as it may have been over tightened and become distorted so check that the mounting face is flat.
