I noticed a post asking about this on a 2000ELX. I have a 99ELX, with the same problem. It's the HT leads! They're crap, and come off slightly. Push down on all four of them - one or more of them will click back in place and your juddering will stop (for a day maybe).
I'll be fitting new ones soon, as it's getting very annoying. It'll mean fitting new spark plugs though, as they'll be knackered.
A really crap fix is to use Shell Optimax fuel, but that's just masking the problem.
