74/1 :)

Probably not seen much of this repair in the last 10 years..

If it were me.. I would get the proper part identified

Slacken off the ancilliaries..and kit in your way.. might SOAK some parts for a week before starting.. ;)

Worth getting some spare hose.. even modern 'boy racer' tube
And extra clips

As any FIAT part might be 12 years old when you fit it :(

Ok jobs all done. Hardest part was i'd ordered the wrong size Mikalor Clamps (59-63mm).

Parts used:
Lower Intercooler Hose - https://dphsiliconehose.co.uk/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=276&search=Fiat+Stilo

Lower Intercooler Hose Clamps - Mikalor W5 316 Stainless Steel Clamp (63-68mm) Mikalor Part No: 03013770

Must of had a slight split/hole in it before it finally gave way (ended up with a 2 inch split) as the car goes like a rocket now.

Think it had been changed in the past as it was rubbing on the wheel arch cover hence why it ended up with a 2 inch split. Looking at it they had fitted it the wrong way round with the longer length by the intercooler end instead of using the shorter length there. Hence why it was rubbing on the wheel arch cover.
