i'd be wary of it, especially if you're planning on using it on the car in your sig, metallic paints have a clear coat over them that can be damaged by abrasive polishes, leaving them dull after time.

if the affected area's not too bad try meguiars scratch-x, followed by a good sealant and wax.

What are peoples opinions on Turtle wax safe cut scratch remover?

I use it to remove the odd light scratch and it seems to work fine (I do try and keep my car waxed and also add a coat of top gloss once in a while) although Im nowhere near as clued up on these matters as some people on here

Im not clued up on it all

But asking here, trying to understand it is the way to go :)

Reading guides here and there
I now know that, you need to protect as much as you treat if that makes sense?

its also been rebranded with a JML sticker on it.

it actually from a company that produce a range of them from G3 upwards to G27 i think. all different ferocity of cutting compounds.

I have it and I'd say leave it. You gently spread it over the scratch, leave it to dry then buff and funnily enough, the magic of the video doesn't happen(n)

Depending on the severity of the scratch, I use Megs scratch X if it's light or to finish off (I'm no fan of megs). T Cut safe cut tube (coloured or normal is great but be gentle.

T Cut metallic or solid is also good but AG Paint restorer is a winner. The megs as a finisher is a must as it's ultra fine. Protect with a good polish / wax afterwards(y)
