I've just ordered a Punto Hgt, and i'm wondering how it's possible to connect my ipod mp3 player to use through the stereo cos it doesn't have a cassette so i can't use my tape adapter. any ideas?;)

If you do that you'll lose the sat nav and it is so worthwhile having if you do any amount of driving. I wouldn't have a car without it now I have had it in my last Punto and this new Stilo. If you can find a decent car audio place they may be able to rig some sort of seperate jack input for you and link it up to the connections at the back of the car but I think it would be quite a job to do!

Fiat Stilo Abarth 3dr. Loden Green, Beige Leather, Sky Window, Cold Climate Pack, 17" Alloys, CD Changer, 260w 8 Speaker Stereo.

Bought an iTrip FM radio converter for my iPod (£35) to go with Stilo single CD player, not bad but nowhere near sound qualtiy of any direct jack input. At best it compares to any pre-tuned radio station as in effect thats what it is.

Got my iTrip from the Apple Centre in Leeds (Merion Centre), would imagine most Apple stockists will have them.

You can read up on them in more detail on www.griffintechnology.com/products/itrip/ or do a google search to get reviews etc.

Like I said, not brilliant fidelity but a cheap alternative.
