Ok, I need to know if stuff created using MS office 2003 will still fully work on office 2007, and items created on 2007 work on 2003 ? as i can get office 2007 for £50 or so, office 2003 is £200+

My sister's school work/presentation stuff uses office 2003, Excel and powerpoint (pp viewer not a problem) and not being up on my computer related stuff would appreciate any help you can offer or any links etc to where I can get office 2003 without spending stupid amounts of cash

Yes they are fully backwards compatible. Just make sure that in Office 2007 when you Save make sure you do Save As then select 2003 format.

There's a fix that makes previous version files compatible with 2007

just make sure the files dont have a "x" on the end of the file extension e.g: .docx, if you save in 2007 its hard to get it back to 2003
